   Proposal Description:
   1. Fit regression models to neuropsychiatric data per method described by Shirk SD et al in Alzheimer's Research Therapy (2011) and compare to results  obtained in Pittsburgh ADC sample. Working with local investigators, we may  modify the population of ?cognitively normal? from that described in the Shirket al manuscript.  2. Fit alternative regression models (e.g., quantile regression similar to what was described by Sherwood B. et al in Alzheimer's Dementia: Diagnosis,  Assessment Disease Monitoring (2016). Compare results in UDS cohort of  cognitively normal used in aim 1 with similar cohort from Pittsburgh ADC.  Compare results to those from regression model obtained in aim 1.  3. Utilizing methods described above, examine change in adjusted  neuropsychological test results over time in those who are considered to be  ?cognitively normal?
